9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
Bitcoin Index 360 AI and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and partners SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Any trading losses, missed opportunities, or loss of profits
- Direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities
- Errors in AI algorithms or trading recommendations
- Platform downtime, delays, or technical failures
- Unauthorized access to your account
- Actions or omissions of third-party service providers
- Market volatility or cryptocurrency price fluctuations
- Regulatory changes affecting cryptocurrency trading
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE FEES YOU PAID TO US IN THE SIX MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability for certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
10. Indemnification
